1. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site lawfully. Do not submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized referrals. Do not impersonate others or attempt to access private reports.
2. Intellectual Property
All photos, logos, videos, and text belong to True View Inspections. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
3. Inspection Bookings & Payments
All inspections must be paid in full before release of the final report. Payment is accepted via email invoice or secure payment links.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued once the inspection has been completed and/or the report has been delivered, except in cases of error or cancellation prior to service.
5. No Guarantee or Warranty
Site content, educational resources, and inspection reports are informational only. No warranties—express or implied—are provided.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are governed by Utah law. Venue shall be Utah County. Any invalid provision will not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
