Welcome to True View Inspections. By accessing our website at trueviewsewer.com, booking an inspection, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Provided

True View Inspections provides sewer scope inspection services for residential and commercial properties in Northern Utah. Our services include camera inspections of sewer and drain lines, detailed inspection reports with video documentation, and professional assessments of sewer line condition.

Inspection reports are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and reflect the professional judgment of our technicians. Reports are intended to provide information about the current condition of the sewer line and are not a guarantee of future performance or condition.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. When using our website or interacting with our services, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information on any form or booking request
  • Impersonate another person or entity when scheduling services or submitting referrals
  • Attempt to access inspection reports, customer accounts, or administrative areas without authorization
  • Use our website or services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms

3. Inspection Bookings & Payments

All inspection bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from True View Inspections.

All inspections must be paid in full before the final report is released. Payment is accepted via email invoice or secure payment links provided after the inspection is completed. Pricing is based on the service type selected at the time of booking and may vary depending on property access, location, or special requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an inspection due to weather, unsafe conditions, lack of property access, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule at a convenient time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule an inspection at no charge by contacting us before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the technician has arrived on-site may be subject to a service fee.

Refunds will not be issued once the inspection has been completed and/or the report has been delivered, except in cases of documented error on our part. If you believe there is an error in your report, please contact us and we will review and correct it at no additional charge.

5. Communications Consent & SMS Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the communications consent box on our booking form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from True View Inspections at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging to use our services or schedule an inspection.

Types of Messages

You may receive messages including:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders
  • Scheduling changes or updates
  • Inspection completion notifications
  • Report delivery and payment links
  • Service follow-up and satisfaction requests
  • Review requests after completed inspections

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Typically, you will receive between 2 and 10 messages per inspection booking. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your inspection service.

Opt-Out & Opt-In

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us. To opt back in, text START to resume receiving messages.

Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to receive emails, phone calls, or use any of our services.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. True View Inspections is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. True View Inspections is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or changes to your mobile phone number.

Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos, videos, graphics, and inspection report formats — is the property of True View Inspections and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from this website without prior written permission from True View Inspections. Inspection reports are provided for the personal use of the customer who ordered the inspection and may not be resold or redistributed without our consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

True View Inspections provides sewer inspection services based on industry-standard practices and the professional judgment of our technicians. Our inspections are limited to the conditions observable at the time of service and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee regarding the condition, performance, or lifespan of any sewer or drain line.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True View Inspections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of our services, inspection reports, or website content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the inspection service giving rise to the claim.

Site content, educational resources, blog posts, and inspection reports are provided for informational purposes only. No warranties — express or implied — are provided regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this information for any particular purpose.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
